Our take
Manalapan's best-known 55+ community and one of the most affordable ways into 55+ living in Central Jersey. Condos rather than single-family, which keeps carrying costs down and maintenance calls short. Two things to check before you buy: every home has electric heat, so ask for a year of utility bills, and confirm which of the two associations the unit belongs to.
